Gábor is a labour law expert with several decades of experience, specialising exclusively in this field. His main focus is supporting multinational companies operating in Hungary. Drawing on Hungarian, EU and international legal perspectives, he and his team bridge the gap between local HR and management and parent-company expectations, identify less visible risks, and provide clear, practical solutions.
He advises clients across the full spectrum of labour law, including drafting employment-related documentation, advising on terminations and cross-border postings of workers, and handling trade union and works council matters.
Gábor’s particular area of expertise is working time, a subject he has also explored academically. His experience also extends to legislative work in the field of labour law.
