The purpose of market research is to analyze the current situation of the market and market players, and to identify changes and trends in the market. the CoRe lab Consumer Behavior Research Centre was established to support research objectives with innovative solutions in addition to traditional market research methods. These traditional methods include data from secondary sources, as well as primary data sources such as questionnaires, in-depth interviews and focus groups. The Centre’s ever-expanding methodological toolkit currently focuses on eye tracking, which provides new types of information by understanding consumers’ unconscious decision-making mechanisms. By processing and analyzing the information, the results can be used to provide a comprehensive picture of the current and future market situation, thus supporting decision-making.
