From Attraction to Retention: BSS Employer Brand Research & Workforce Realities

About the event

What makes an employer attractive today—and what makes talent stay?

ABSL Hungary and Randstad Hungary invite you to an exclusive business breakfast dedicated to the latest employer branding and workforce trends shaping the Business Services Sector (BSS).

The event will bring together business and HR leaders to explore the findings of Randstad’s 2026 Employer Brand Research, with a particular focus on the BSS sector, and discuss how changing employee expectations, the growing impact of AI, and leadership are reshaping attraction and retention strategies.

The morning will combine research-driven insights, expert discussion, and networking, offering participants an opportunity to benchmark their own talent strategies against current market realities.

What to expect

The event will open with a presentation by Sándor Baja, Managing Director of Randstad Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Romania, who will share key BSS-related findings from Randstad’s 2026 Employer Brand Research.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion examining some of the most pressing workforce questions facing employers today, including:

  • What employees really value when choosing an employer
  • How expectations are changing from attraction to long-term retention
  • The AI reality gap and its implications for organizations and employees
  • Evolving career expectations and what they mean for employers
  • The role of leaders in creating trust, engagement, and workforce stability
  • How organizations can translate employer-brand promises into the everyday employee experience

Participants will also have dedicated time before and after the professional program to connect with peers from across the Business Services Sector.
