Ahmed Ismail leads Sanofi’s Europe GBS Hubs, directing the Budapest and Barcelona hubs and serving as global focal point across the company’s six-hub network spanning Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Across more than 27 years in regional and global GBS/BPO leadership — spanning Finance, HR Operations, Audit, and Risk Management — he has built and scaled complex, matrixed organizations, driving transformation, digital enablement, and operational excellence, and repositioning GBS from support function to a strategic partner.

Ahmed holds an Executive MBA from Corvinus University of Budapest and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University.
