Developing Future Leaders of the Business Services Sector

The Next Generation of GBS Leaders program is dedicated to nurturing young talent and preparing them to become the future decision-makers of the business services industry.

Through a blend of training, mentoring, and hands-on experiences, the program empowers emerging professionals with the mindset, skills, and visibility needed to grow into leadership roles in a rapidly evolving sector.

Program Overview

The initiative welcomes high-potential young professionals nominated by their companies — individuals with the ambition and drive to lead the next chapter of business services in Hungary.

Launched in June 2024

Second Application Round: Opened in November 2024

12 Applicants representing 10 ABSL member companies

Three Pathways to Recognition

Participants can earn the “Next Generation GBS Leader” title by completing one of the following impact-driven pathways:

Experience Sharing Event

Present personal insights and lessons learned at a peer or industry event hosted by ABSL.

Guest Lecture

Deliver an ABSL-developed training module at a partner university, bridging the gap between education and business.

Publication

Author an article, reflection, or professional piece published under the ABSL NextGen program.

Each pathway allows participants to develop soft skills, build visibility, and give back to the community.
