About the event
The ABSL Hungary General Assembly 2026 is the association’s annual meeting where members come together to review the results of the previous year and shape the strategic direction of the organization.
The 2026 Assembly will reflect on the achievements of 2025, a year marked by strong industry collaboration, impactful professional events, and continued advocacy for the Hungarian business services sector. ABSL Hungary remained committed to supporting its members through knowledge sharing, networking opportunities, and strategic dialogue with key stakeholders.
During the General Assembly, members will review the association’s activities, discuss priorities for the coming year, and participate in key decision-making processes.

The Assembly provides an opportunity for member companies to actively participate in shaping the future of the association and the broader business services sector in Hungary.
Voting rules
Voting during the General Assembly is restricted to authorized representatives of ABSL Hungary member companies who hold official signatory rights.
Typically, this is the Head of the company or another individual with formal signatory authority.
If the attending representative does not possess signatory rights, the company must provide a Power of Attorney authorizing them to vote on behalf of the company. ABSL Hungary will provide a template document for this authorization.
Each member company is entitled to one vote.
