Hosted by IFF Hungary in partnership with ABSL Hungary and Amnesty International Hungary, this event will focus on turning gender pay transparency policy into practical, organizational change.
Keynote speaker Fanni Csernus, PhD, from Amnesty International Hungary, will present the latest findings on the EU Gender Pay Transparency Directive and guide participants on how to implement its principles in their workplaces.
The event will feature interactive breakout sessions on three key challenges to gender equity at work:
- Gender stereotypes in everyday work
- Difficulties of work-life balance
- Performance evaluation and promotion
Participants will be asked to indicate their level of interest in each breakout during registration.
Parking is available nearby, but attendees are encouraged to use public transportation.
