- Opening Presentation: Business Outlook Survey Results
Presented by: Judit Forgács, Board Members of ABSL Hungary
An overview of the key insights gathered from our recent survey.
- Results of Interviews with Male Managers
Presented by: Adrienne Darvas, Senior Project Manager, Procurement Infrastructure Execution, Varian Medical Systems
We explored important questions with male managers, including:
– What criteria are used to appoint managers?
– Experiences with female colleagues or bosses and the skills they admire
- AI-Powered Insights
Presented by: Dorota Zablocka, Head of GBS EMEA Randstad Enterprise
Hear how AI responds to the same questions asked of male managers.
- Peer Mentoring Kick-off Announcement
A brief introduction to our new peer mentoring program.
- Interactive Workshops
Participate in short presentations and discussions on the following topics:
– Impostor Syndrome – led by Dorota Zablocka
– Diversity in the Employee Lifecycle (Representation of Women in Leadership) – led by Annamária Gaál, Head of HR at AGCO
– Expected Behaviors of Men and Women in the Workplace – led by Kornélia Lipcsei, HR Business Partner at Avis Budget Group and Adrienne Darvas
– Supporting Returning Mothers: Flexibility, Emotions, and Expectations – led by Irina Hoffmann, SSC Credit Project Manager at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) and Tammy Nagy-Stellini, Regional Director at Hays Hungary, Romania
At the end of the activities, each group will conclude their discussions and share insights with the whole group.
