TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE
ASSOCIATION OF BUSINESS SERVICE LEADERS IN HUNGARY
Dear Member!
I respectfully invite you to the
2024 General Assembly of the Association of Business Service Leaders in Hungary
Date: 22nd of May 2024, Wednesday, 9:00 AM (registration from 8:30 AM)
Venue: Trenkwalder Recruitment Ltd. (Budapest, Váci út 99-105., 1139)
The agenda items of the General Assembly are the following:
- Election of the officers of the General Assembly (chairperson, secretary, two confirmers)
- The professional and accounting report of the Association for 2023 and its approval
- Presentation and approval of the 2024 program plan and budget
- Election of President
- Election of Members of the Board
- Election of Ethics Committee Members
- Others (questions, comments)
If more than half of the regular members entitled to vote are not present within fifteen (15) minutes of the above starting date, the repeated General Assembly will be held on the same day and venue at 9.35 am, which has a quorum in accordance with the Articles of Association, for the agenda items announced in the invitation, regardless of the number of participants.
At the General Assembly, each ordinary member of the Association has one vote in accordance with the Articles of Association.

If you are unable to attend, please ensure that your representative has a written power of attorney (Attached) and that an original copy of the power of attorney in the form of a private document with full probative value is handed over to the Association prior to the start of the General Assembly
