ABSL Hungary General Assembly 2023

INVITATION 

TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE  

ASSOCIATION OF BUSINESS SERVICE LEADERS IN HUNGARY 

Dear Member!  

I respectfully invite you to the  

2023 General Assembly of the Association of Business Service Leaders in Hungary 

Date: 10th of May 2023, Wednesday, 9.00 am (registration from 8.30 am) 

Venue: Trenkwalder Hungary (Budapest, Váci út 99. 1139)

The agenda items of the General Assembly are the following: 

1. Election of the officers of the General Assembly (chairperson, secretary, two verifiers) 

1. The professional and accounting report of the Association for 2022 and its approval 

1. Presentation and approval of the 2023 program plan and budget 

1. Decision on changing the headquarters of the Association 

1. Amendment of the Articles of Association in connection with headquarters change 

1. Amendment of the Articles of Association in connection with Board Membership 

1. Election of Members of the Board 

1. Others (questions, comments) 

If more than half of the regular members entitled to vote are not present within fifteen (15) minutes of the above starting date, the repeated General Assembly will be held on the same day and venue at 9.35 am, which has a quorum in accordance with the Articles of Association, according to the agenda items announced in the invitation, regardless of the number of participants. 

At the General Assembly, each regular member of the Association has one vote in accordance with the Articles of Association. 

In case you, who bears the vote on behalf of your company, cannot take part at the ABSL Hungary General Assembly, please fill in and sign officially the Authorization Sheet with the name and details of the person who is going to take part at the General Assembly and please make sure that the participant from your company will hand over this sheet to the Association before the start date of the General Assembly. 

Please notify the Association of your intention to participate and the name of your representative electronically by Friday, 5th May 2023, at the e-mail address absl@absl.hu!
