ABSL Hungary Business Breakfast – Digital Transformation

Dear Members and Partners,

The ABSL Hungary Board is pleased to invite you to our next hybrid Business Breakfast on the 29^th of September 2022, from 9 AM until 11 AM at Trenkwalder Hungary (Váci út 99., Budapest) or online via Zoom.

This time we will present the results of our third quarterly Business Outlook Survey. The research introduced in this report aimed to map the characteristics of digital transformation in the business services sector. The focus was primarily on intelligent process automation (IPA). Our fieldwork took place from July to August 2022. We cooperated with IFUA Horváth and Partners and the Consumer Research lab of the University of Pécs Faculty of Business and Economics.

We asked the participants about what processes they have automated so far or plan to do so in the future, the key aims of implementing IPA and its results, the rate of automated processes, and many other exciting topics.
