About ABSL Hungary

We are Hungary’s premier professional outsourcing industry association, advocating for the interests of the Business Services and Outsourcing Sector, as well as our esteemed members. Our primary objective is to serve as a bridge between the Business Services Sector and Hungary, fostering the growth of both entities.

International expansion and visibility

We became part of the ABSL international network to enhance the visibility of the Hungarian Business Services Sector through the strength of our brand and collaborative partnerships.

We are delighted to offer assistance to university students working on their theses or any project related to business services.

Support of direct investment related initiatives

2022
HOA becomes ABSL Hungary!

We have joined the ABSL International Family and rebranded as ABSL Hungary (Association of Business Service Leaders in Hungary). We are delighted to be part of this brand-new era and eagerly anticipate celebrating it at our second Cheer-Up Party!

2021
Strategic cooperation with ABSL

HOA has established a strategic cooperation with the international family of ABSL (Association of Business Service Leaders).

To commemorate this milestone, we organized our inaugural Summer Cheer-Up Party, attended by over 120 Business Service Leaders engaged in networking.

2013
Strategic alliance with HIPA

HOA has forged a strategic alliance with HIPA, embarking on the inaugural SSC Survey together. This collaboration has extended over several years, and until 2020, HOA and HIPA consistently released their annual survey report jointly.

Our Mission

The mission of the Association of Business Service Leaders in Hungary (ABSL Hungary) is to empower our members and strengthen the Business Services sector by fostering innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth. We support our community through thought leadership, strategic networking, and initiatives that leverage digital transformation, talent development, and smart automation.
 
As an open and independent professional organization, we are committed to contributing to Hungary’s economic progress by actively engaging with stakeholders across the private and public sectors—providing insight, advocacy, and actionable solutions to shape a future-ready business environment.

Through the ABSL international network, we leverage cross-border cooperation, build expertise and enhance sector promotion to the next level. Our aim is to drive sector awareness, deliver Tier 2 city development programs, promote ESG and workspace solutions, keep up with the new AI technologies, and elevate the next-generation GBS leaders’ program. By investing in education and continuous learning, we ensure a skilled workforce that can adapt to the ever-changing demands of the global business services sector. We believe these are the elements of the growth engine of both the sector and the economy.
